Best Western Plus Landmark Inn in Laconia, New Hampshire is a sleek and modern hotel located in the Heart of the Lakes Region. the stylish and comfortable guest rooms offer amenities like free WiFi, a coffee machine, and a cozy lounge chair. the hotel's central location makes it perfect for sightseeing and exploring the area, with the New Hampshire Pumpkin Festival within walking distance. the complimentary full hot breakfast was a great start to the day, ensuring guests are well-fed before heading out to enjoy the nearby attractions. the indoor heated swimming pool and fitness center provide opportunities for relaxation and exercise. While the hotel offers many convenient amenities, such as a gym and free WiFi, I did experience some issues with the breakfast service. the scrambled eggs and sausage were cold, and the coffee was not up to standard. the laundry service advertised was not available, and guests had to use a nearby laundromat at an additional cost. the warm and helpful housekeepers stood out for their excellent service, while some staff members could improve their attentiveness and communication with guests. Despite the hotel's modern design and convenient location, the lack of certain services like laundry and the issues with breakfast affected my overall stay. However, with some improvements in these areas, this hotel has the potential to offer a more seamless and enjoyable experience for guests.
